Optimal wave energy control is noncausal as the command optimized based on incoming force. The forces are forecasted using a gray model. receding horizon strategy used optimize online, over interval. It found more harvested when long employed while decreases efficiency. extreme load takeoff system increases implemented although its travel distance hardly varied.
